Excel Sheet - More user friendly and easy to use

HI,

I have a huge input of data to put into an excel sheet about students. I'm looking to make it easier to scroll across by somehow combining all the tests in a certain subject in a certain cell or in line with each other as its getting too much to keep scrolling across and more exams will be added every year. Basically i'm looking for it be as condensed and user friendly to someone who is familiar with Excel.
