Excel - Need help with an excel sheet, organizing expenses

This spreadsheet relates to the cost of the sale of a real estate development. There are multiple different bank accounts with their own transactions on the tabs at the bottom of the screen.

1. On a new spreadsheet, I need all of the transactions from each of the different bank accounts put in to one master sheet. On the Citibank sheet, some of the dates show in UK format and some in US, so I need those to be made confirming first.
2. Once in a master sheet, I need an individual tab for each house (which is listed as one of the columns), with separate tables for the different Notes (Materials, Permits, Dumpster etc.) with totals for each one
3. As I add to the master sheet, I want the other sheets to update automatically
