Hi,
I was wondering if you might be able to help me with an excel rule. I attach the relevant spread sheet with instructions of how I want the ule to work. As noted I will need to be able to add to this rule in the future.
I have had a couple of friends attempt this with no success and worry that what I am asking might be outside of the capabilities of Excel and if this is the case please do tell me. Or if you think that if inputting the data in a different way may make it possible then please alo explain to me what you might propose.
