Excel formula

I have a spreadsheet in Excel that I am trying to put a formula into so it tells me how many estimates have come in per sales person. We have 2 sales people and I want it to work out exactly how many estimates the sales people have brought in that have been accepted and not accepted. I can't figure out the formula for this, so I would like to send the spreadsheet (with no customer info on) to you to do for me.

I would like this done within 24 hours please.
