Excel 2007 spreadsheet with graphs and calculations (Data to Access)

We have a spreadsheet that's been have finished. Excel 2007 to Access.

Excel is front end and Access data store...... users will use locked down excel to edit, add records.

Main functions;
Load txt files into database via excel.
Create/ refresh graphs as data is added or searched on
Basic issues with formatting data and text together

Requirements Excel 2007, Access 2007, ado, excel (vba, Graphs by code)
