Do initial analysis for creating my research database online

Need an overview in considerable detail for making this database online. This is so I can take time to learn programming & stored procedures on my own, & do some--or the rest--of the work on my own. Or perhaps I\'ll hire someone else to complete it later, if Chris isn\'t available for when I\'m ready to finish it, & since I took so much time to explain my needs to him, I\'d like the next programmer to learn all my needs easier.
