Development of Existing Bespoke Access Database

We have recently started using an access file which has been produced for us and is bespoke to the runing of our business.

The main part of the file tracks stock in ice cream vans, via open and close counts, added, damaged and sold, and calculates to a restocking sheet to maintain vehciles at maximum capicity.

We have identified a number of changes, improvements and additions we would like making to the database, but unfortuanately the sole trader developer who worked on this is unable to commence the work within the timescales we require.

We would like to simplify and speed up the entering of information process if possible and add further reports such as employees yeild of ice cream in litres to cones sold, a stock in hand (vans) figure to aid with weekly stocktake etc.

As an estimate we would think that the alterations/additions would take 1-2 days to complete.
