Development of a SSIS 2012 package

Description of requirements/functionality: On a weekly basis we get 100+ pipe delimited, with " as a text qualifier, csv files - some empty and some containing 500,000+ rows. We would like for someone to generate a SSIS package that would iterate through a folder of files and upload all these to our SQL Server instance. Ideally to simplify this each file would be uploaded to a database in a table that was made up of its name (minus the .csv) and the date. It would be good if an additional field counting the rows and the date of import could also be added.

We are most interested in the iterative process and as we are not able to provide the actual files will need the person doing this to generate 10 files of varying sizes to show it works. We have sufficient skills in-house to change the variable pointer to our folder with the files and also to reconfigure the data connection to point at our server.
