Develop a Scheduling Program that can integrate with our website for Seaplane Flights

General information for the business: We sell Seaplane Scenic Flights and Resort Transfers
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: We would like the scheduling software to have the following capabilities:

1. Be able to integrate with our website so that our customers can book their seats directly on the website
2. Allow us to put in data of specific aircraft limitations, that will automatically be recognized when we add or remove a scheduled flight. For example, Cessna Aircraft can carry only 4 Passengers, therefore only 4 seats available for purchase on that flight.
3. Put in different payloads (MAX weight we can put into the plane) for each aircraft based on route, automatically calculating this as passengers book and state their weight allowances.
4. Automatically generates printable flight schedules for distribution to pilots, ground and handling staff.


I think to do this job, we would need to have a phone conversation to go over the many other functionalities we would like to have.
