Database to be used on ipad and pc

General information for the business: yoga clases
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: Hi I need a simple to use database to enable
- me to record the class routine and postures
- to record the students that attended
- record feedback for the class
- maintain a database for each student details , name address phone , practice details, class attendance etc

Ideally I would like the students to "sign in" on a tablet at the venue and check their own details, but not to be able to see others.

I would like to be able to have a photo of the students and produce searches such as missed classes, attended specific classes , contact lists etc

Ideally I would have a email option to allow me to group searches and contact by email.
