Database record added email notification

I have a database with a table that i would like an email notification to be sent to a certain email whenever a new record is added to that database table.

The database is MySQL 5.3 and i manage it using phpMyAdmin - I am not looking for someone to log into this database and set it up for me, i can set this up myself.

I just need some coding done for me to demonstrate it working.

Table Name: registration
Fields: cID | Domain_Name | account_Number | emailaddress | LastName

When a new record is added to the above table i would like an email notification to be sent to: (example) myemail@email.com with the details of the record as above so email will show: cID, Domain_Name, account_Number, emailaddress and LastName.

* I will need to test and verify the code works as intended also before i approve the job completion.

I don't think this is going to be challenging to someone who has experience doing this type of work so i have set my budget as below.
