Database design

I need a database designing asap using access. I need to be able to log scores for my team on their progress and their KPI scoring. I have 7 members of my team but will need to be able to add upto 400 other people when my company grows. I need to be able to log pass and fails on tests I do weekly, and to be able to print off reports on what is the main fail, pass, team and manager performance.
I will need to have this before the end of the month and can be contacted by telephone to agree exactly what i want.
This needs to be a database that will grow very big with my company, and i would need to be able to do this myself once the initial design is done.
