Database design

Hi

I wonder if you may be able to help me

I need to have a website that runs databases like the Disabled one, that gives search results, and goes through to clients mini web pages (you can run this system from Disabled)

The search system i would like to have running from my other Joomla sites (motorbike friendly)

also would like all sites to run from 1 database, whereby the advertiser goes onto only the sites he wishes to appear on, but i only put the information in once
