Database Completion

This is a mysql database project with php. I require someone uk based to complete a database for me. You must be reliable and genuine. Your references will be looked into as will samples of your work. The database is educational and you will be required to link students and staff work together on the site. Due to the nature of the content security is high on my list of priorities. You should be a good communicator and you should be someone who will actively seek to communicate with me. You must be able to adhere to strict deadlines. This project has a detailed written brief which will be accessible to the successful applicant. You should be familiar with linking paypal into the site and you should be able to easily create a hierarchy of users who have different levels of access to the site. This project will evolve over time and should you prove yourself there will be more work coming your way. Initailly the work that you do will be from a written brief. Large amounts of this have already been completed. Please do not apply for this job if you don't meet the criteria. I want the project finished in one week from the date of acceptance!
