I have a small company in kenya andI am looking for an online database that will be used for stock monitoring across multiple warehouses and silos in Mombasa. When change occurs, such as stock is received or released it should send instant alerts via email and sms. It should also generate reports that can be viewed online and printed.

It will on multi commodities products, multi vessel, multi warehouses/silos, and multi service providers (Transports, security and fumigators). The warehouses do not belong to the clients and they are leased or subcontracted and at times will house stock belonging to other parties.

Additional fields are for stock release/receipt orders; planning for vessels and service provider's capacity planning, warehouse suitability, product history and when it will expire which will be 2 years after arrival date.
