Data Cleansing

Our company requires data cleansing for two separate sets of excel data lists

The Data Lists include information such as Company name, address, telephone number, email address, Contact name, Sector etc.

Data List 1 Contains 720,000 entries is held 45 separate excel spreadsheets (sperated by UK county) and is held in .xls format.

Data List 2 Contains 1.1 million entries entries in held 47 separate excel spreadsheets (sperated by UK county) and is held in .csv format.

Our Requirements for this project

1) Email Verification for all entries, this process will need to be completed using email verification software.

2) Separation of entries with valid & in valid email addresses (i.e. place data with valid email address in separate .xls / .csv files and the same for data with invalid email address.

3) Add simple filters to each spreadsheet that contains the newly separated entries with valid email address.

The most important variable of this project is the validity of the email addresses.
