I have a template Calendar Crystal report that pulls from my database information for the day. The problem I have is our day actually runs 7a-6:59a while this report runs 12a-11:59pm. I need the time changed as well as an option to group some data with shifts. Ie the 24 hr period as well as the time period 7a-2:59p, 3p-10:59p and 11p-7a(next day).
OK. Before I accept any proposals I wanted to give some more information for clarification as I know only basic information about Crystal and Databases.
1) This is a Crystal Reports question and the information is coming from a SQL database that is already attached to the report. The Database Field already contains Date and Time in this format (7/12/2014 12:00AM, 7/12/2014 12:15AM ......Etc)
2) The report calculates in a 24 hour period and I am able to get the field mCoin In and MNCEP In to populate totals for the 24 hour period for the day from 12am-11:59AM using a Formula Field to SUM those fields. However I need each day to SUM from 7am-6:59am (FOR EXAMPLE... July 12th would start at 7am instead of 12am and End at 6:59AM the next day instead of 11:59pm that day
3)I would like to add MCoin In and MNCEP in fields for 3 shifts as stated above. The calendar would have these fields in it
Dayshift (7a-2:59p) --- MCoin, MNCEP or Dayshift 2000, $100
SwingShift (-----MCoin, MNCEP or SwingShift 4000, $250
GraveShift---MCOIN. MNCEP or GraveShift 2000, $200
Total---- MCoin, MNCEP or Total 8000, $550
I am attaching a copy of the Crystal reports with the fields below. I would want crystal to autimatically calculate the time tables without having to change that. When I hit refresh right now it prompts for a date range and thats it. Doesnt need time range which is what I prefer.
Thank you for your help. Just want to give out all the information before I accept any proposals. If I need to add anything to the proposal please let me know
