CRM MS Dynamics 4.0 Functional Analyst

Looking for a contract MS Dynamics 4.0 CRM functional analyst for a large migration project - must have experience of working with a large company and desirable to have Dynamics 2011

• Developing the detailed business requirements
• Development of Project Brief and Project Initiation documentation
• Engaging technology teams and suppliers in product design and development
• Regular project updates to the business
• Design test plans and carry out system testing on system deliveries
• Ensure appropriate training is provided on new functionality and process
• Providing support to users in test script development and acceptance testing
• Resolution of project issues and management of systems change requests
• Ensuring project achieves objectives defined
