Database development for Legal / Financial Services company

We need a web based database system that will do the following
Experience with CRM and Financial Applications will be essential
Latest Microsoft technologies

• This is a broad overview of what is required
• Close and regular contact during the development will be required
• A Delphi system is currently used on mysgl db – migrating to pure web based
• Current Database to be imported (about 5000 clients)
• You will also be required to host and maintain the database with regular backups being done
• Hosting and maintenance fee to be negotiated
• Included in maintenance must be basic system enhancements and bug fixes

This is a Basic overview of what is needed

Function 1
• Provide Client access to view updates and activity on the clients “file”
• So each client must register/ or be registered by our staff to get online access to their information.
• Client can update their personal details and profile
• Client can refer people within his/her profile to join our program
• Each client is/can be linked to a new clients account and receives monthly commission from the people they referred.

Function 2
USERS
Create users with username and password

Use best practises for adding and maintaining users
Super User – all rights
Admin User- Can add and edit clients
Preferred User – can view own clients
Staff user - can view own clients (linked)
Clients – view own profile – edit personal details

NAEDO collections via www.realpay.co.za to be imported and uploaded via this newly developed system. Real pay doe have a functional web interface
From these collection (or failed transactions) must then be allocated per client to verify their payment status.
Commission must be calculated for referral commissions and agent commissions
Commission sheets must be generated – HTML or PDF
