Create Access database

I want to create a user friendly database that will hold pupil's details. It has to be aesthetically pleasing i.e. an autoform to enter new pupil's details.

The database is to hold fitness/dance class pupil's information. I need to be able to search by a particular class to for example advise a class is cancelled or remind of a performance. I want to be able to mailshot pupils fitting certain criteria i.e. age group, classes attended previously.

The look of it is important as it must be user friendly & the ability to amend, create queries/reports etc. unrestricted.

I will supply a template of what is required, but do need this job completing within a week. I am hoping to find a reliable contact for future MS Access work. I will confirm version of Access by Tuesday. It will probably be Microsoft Access 2003, possibly 2007.

Any samples of work would help.
