Create a MySQL View - transform comma separated field into a view with multiple lines

Hi,

I want to create a database view that can transform data from a db column that has comma and colon separated variables into a view that contains segments of this data. I'll try and demonstrate here :

TableData that I have
352686, {"410009":"1534866257349.jpg","410010":"As011","410011":"1","410012":"1","410013":"1","410014":"1","410015":"1","410016":"1","410017":"1","410018":"1","410019":"None"}

(Hundreds of rows of this data)

Desired View :
352686,410009,1534866257349.jpg
352686,410010,AS011
352686,410011,1
352686,410012,1
352686,410013,1
352686,410014,1
352686,410015,1
352686,410016,1
352686,410017,1
352686,410018,1
352686,410019,None

Repeats...

Any ideas please ?
