Create a file that can synchronize dropship stocks availability daily into my website via there feeds

Create a file that can be synchronize into my website from my dropship company which allows all my stock to be updated i.e in stock - out stock items, any new items, will need to include current pictures and prices from my website of all the stock.

Please note I currently use EKMPOWERSHOP ecommerce for my website, so the file would need to be threaded into this website service provider. The Data Files are provided in XML or CSV format from the Dropship company.
