Convert a small spreadsheet to webpage / database

Summary
This is a trial project to convert a spreadsheet system to a webpage with a database backend, we are looking to see if this project will be successful using remote contractors. It is hoped that if this is a success we will continue with the contractor to continually add and expand the web based system to a fully functioning business system.

Details
The spreadsheet (image attached) has a number of different jobs, within each job there is a list of clients and the due date of the job. A set of parameters (which are different for each type of job) format the date based on how near the due date is from todays date. Once the job has been completed the date is changed in the spreadsheet for the next time that job is due.
On the spreadsheet it is easy to add new jobs, clients and changing due dates so this must be taken into account.

The reason for this project is to enable better views of the data and so we are looking for the webpage to provide:

a monthly calendar view showing what projects are due and the colour formating
a list view by colour coding i.e. maybe next five jobs by date per colour coding

The successful contractor will get:
a copy of the spreadsheet
a copy of a CRM HTML skin http://themeforest.net/item/constellation-complete-admin-skin/116461 that we purchased a long time ago but never used if this would help with the "graphics" side of the project, you would be welcome to use this to help shorten the project time or you can use your own if you already have your own templates.
