Business services database in Access 2007

We need database created that we can use for our business concierge services. It can be created in Access based on one excisting database template "Time and Billing.accdb" that needs just minor modifications and adjustment.
Also it would be good but not necesery if the database and could be inserted to our website so it can be used remotely.
The modifications we need is adding and conecting with excisting tables one more category in the database and that is vendors and creating reports and other related documents and relations for this category.
