Bulk Copy Program statement modification

I need to modify a Microsoft bulk copy program utility that runs a Microsoft SQL query that outputs one json file named lmt_LEAD_input_to_COPERT.json to the path C:\_jsonfiles\

The modification is as follows:
Output current json file for the cases where the strings Petrol or Diesel or LPG or CNG or Battery Electric or Biodiesel are in the field [Fuel]
Output a second json file named lmt_LEAD_input_to_EVCO2.json to the path C:\_jsonfiles\ for the cases where the string Electric is in the field [Fuel].
