Think on the line of money supermarket.com but not the same model. Which cost last than £4000 to build. Theres also a e commence to the site and a bite we people can upload and edit. Need only poeple who can build this and make the front end look relly good. For a good price. Who ever comes on board would-be coming around with me and demo it to the government and top people. So only the best. And base in london or close. I have a low budget cause I can only get funding for that amount. So don't came back to me and say it's to low cause I know.
