Bespoke CMS software - Access

General information for the business: We are a niche sector Defence Organisation which offers insurance through a membership scheme.
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: Looking for bespoke membership management application (currently have around 6000 members) that incorporates all areas of membership communication, applications, renewals, marketing, financials and reporting with the ability to output customer letters and forms direct to print / email. We work with multiple currencies. No web integration required. DB will sit on a virtualised windows 7 prof server - no more than 2 or 3 users will be accessing system at any time.
Specific technologies required: Current system works with Access / VB Front end. Whilst we would be keen to stay with this - we are also open to other technologies is they prove cost effective.
Extra notes: We are based in Central Scotland and would have a preference to work with someone in our neck of the woods in order to facilitate meetings etc. Please provide some details of experience and skills, we will shortlist two or three applications to meet with and submit a detailed quote.
