Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Description of requirements/functionality: Connection issue.
Extra notes: I need to make an RDS instance publicly accessible. It's in a VPC and I've created the RDS instance ready to be used but can't work out how to make the endpoint accessible.
Needs someone to talk me through it with screen sharing today.
