Automatic Mail merge word

I am looking for someone to design a custom mail merge document for me. That works off a spread sheet.

Each month I produce a monthly statement in PDF form for 35 people and will be growing to 500 people this year.

I want a mail merge document designing, with a macro that allows me to click some buttons and it produces monthly statement, saves each document as a PDF with the month and customer name in the document title.

It would be great if we could even take it one step further and link it to my company address to send out each statement to the customers.

With the email also having there email address as the address, there name in the email. And some other details from the excel document.

My main aim is for a macro to save the documents. Secondary aim is for those to be automatically sent to the customers too.
