Autocomplete of webform from Excel file - Screenscraping

We have information in an excel spreadsheet which we want to complete a webform with (we currently do it manually but want to automate)

The webform URL is

and the sample file data export file is attached. I have labelled the fields in the first row that need to be inputted.

There are a couple of fields on the form not in the excel.

The first drop down needs to be “UK Credit”

and customer needs to be “tenant” and guarantor “homeowner” and the agree to terms and conditions needs to be ticked.

The idea would be to have an excel and run a programe that submits each record at a time to the website (i.e. one submission for each row in the file). There would need to be some simple error work i.e. if one record did not complete the next one was started.
