API to companies house in the UK and credit scoring (php or python)

We have imported companies house in the UK's all companies but we need to change from a provider of various credit limits, scredit scores and purchase scores.

What is done:
We have a python code that makes an estimate in the number of days how soon the customers will pay and how the business we analyse is paying their invoices to their suppliers.
This will be included in the final calculation in the platform of the scores.

Work to do:
1. import all annual reports for companies data in XML, XBRL format and store it in the DB
2. from those reports calculate credit limits (5-10% of their annual return)
3. Caclulate credit scores (you must know how to do this!)
4. Store it all in the Database so we can read it later from our system
