API Database created to connect to Wordpress Plugin

We are interested in having a Database created that can connect through an API using a Custom Plugin we already own. It currently connects to an API through vehapi.com for automotive Year,Make,Model,Trim data. We are having trouble with the vehapi.com websites customer service so we purchased our own Year,Make,Model,Trim database that we would like to connect to the Plugin. We have two different hosting servers that we could use to host the database. I can provide the Plugin and Database for serious freelancers. PLEASE ONLY EXPERIENCED FREELANCERS WITH FEEDBACK.
