Amend MS Access report - add extra blank rows, with variable

I have 2 reports in MS access that fill the report with data from the query.
I would like to be able to add blank rows BELOW the data, so that we can add extra data in pen, after we have printed them.
I would like a box to pop up when we come to print, with a variable asking how many rows we want to add below.
I have a copy of a database (Link to database in my google drive - I couldnt sent as an attachment - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Ukdt_gcVng-KhUGIMSAqcskYYT-Nt5SJ ) , including the two reports, and two sets of data that the report can refer to.
Also - A PDF showing the data at the moment. You can see the writing in pen that we need to put into these empty rows.
Note - the blank sub total boxes need to remain at the very bottom of the document.
