Access Database Developer

I set up a Microsoft Access database for my business in the past, which was fully functional and served our needs. Now I need a new database created in Microsoft Access but I am a bit out of touch and don\'t have time to get up to speed with the programming skills required. I have clearly planned & documented the database structure and set up the table structures, but I need someone with more current experience to help me complete this project; which I believe will take approximately 45 hours on-site database development assistance (4-5 hours per day X 3 days a week for 3 weeks) for the following:
• Preliminary consultation meeting
• Completion of Table set-up (finalising look-up lists & relationships)
• Set-up switchboard interface & forms
• Create queries
• Create reports
• Link template standard documents for merging (with queries)
• Export existing data from current live database (using Microsoft SQL)
• Complete data import into new access database

Please note that all the individual components (ie. tables, queries & reports) have been identified & documented but they need to be created in access with appropriate setting-up of relationships. Once the project is complete, I would like to establish an ongoing contract for database maintenance & management (probably once or twice per month).
