Access Database

Hi, I need an access database writing, we currently use an Excel Spreadsheet, but I need a database to do the same function, but with multi user login to make it network ready.
Its a simple stock control database, which produces delivery notes, and lets customers pay in part payments. Not really complex.

3 Worksheets, 1 has full stock list (162 stock items)
Database must record customer information, pick from stock list and allow manual price entry. Then allow part payment on account. Stock in worksheet is when stock items are recieved from supplier we mark them into stock which increases the correct stock item.
