A serious overhaul to a 12 year-old access database.

12 year old Access Database in need of a total overhaul.

I have need using access to process and fulfill window installation orders for the past 12 years and now think it’s time to make some overdue changes.

Currently all 5 members of staff that work on the data do so on the raw data base - I would like to make a series of GUI (forms) to input and view date on.
Print prefill tickets for service calls and use a google calendar API to book appointments
Add new fields with a pre defined product range for when new orders are entered.
Look at making date range reports we pull easier to define. Currently we have to edit the query every time.
New field and reports to manage and book surveys of new orders.
Consolidate all data back to one sheets?
Search box for filtering of any field.
Warning when fields are not completed within a given time period.
