A Script for a website

I wanted to create a website strictly for contractors or freelance people looking to expand their business and pay a subscription fee of x amount per month and they will receive x amount of customers per month with that package. I wanted to have about 5 packages for them to choose from and something that would be better than www.servicemagic.com but similar set up...

I want to make as much profit as possible from that site and of course that will benifit the investers like myself. I wanted to know how much it would cost to have something like this done?
