I want to write an excel program that turns lab results into recomendations depending on tables
so in summary i need to imput results & senarios and bring out recomendations at other end.
I think i need sompne that can communicate with me over ie Zoom and work for an hourly rate. on a shared platform. as it will probably be an ongoing project.
