Test a program to see if it meets certain requirements

I have a program produces forms that users are to complete.

Certain things should happen if the forms have been completed and I need someone to test that the tasks that should be completed are done so.


It would be a slight advantage if the person applying knows VBA for excel and the program may need to be changed if it is not working smoothly, but for now the task is merely testing and this does not require such knowledge. The client this is written for used Excel 2010 and so you must have access to Excel 2010 to do this - sorry if this hampers anyone.

Lastly the specific are included the details of 10-15 transactions into a form with six fields to record data in. A series of instructions is provided showing what reports these transactions should be reported in when the task is entered into the system. A template/table must also be written up by the tested to show what transactions were tested and if they ended up in certain reports ( a series of 5/6 yes/no questions to answered and noted in a simple word to show that you tested and what the outcome of your tests were).

I would like the work to be done Sunday GMT and I can make myself available for questions by phone /SKYPE/here when the testing is being done. With some concentration I can't see the testing needing to take more that two hours including writing results in a Table.
