Tableau solution

I need a solution for a view in Tableau based on an extract of data from a call center. I have an example of the view that I am looking for as well as which data needs to be aggregated to get to the solution. As a Tableau beginner, I can't quite get there myself. Also need an explanation of the solution to make sure that if I make changes or connect to another data source, that I will be able to troubleshoot issues

Essentially, I need a list of calls divided to identify the last 300 calls per agent for a given date. From those calls, I need to identify how many of them were sales and what the associated revenue is. I have prepared and cleaned the data in Tableau Prep and have an extract available.
