Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the business: Tableau graphs
Industry: Business
Description of analysis: Hi,
I have an excel spreadsheet with 4 columns: outreach (phone calls and emails made by recruiters to prospects, responses the recruiters received from the prospect, over 27 weeks and from 5 different recruiters.
We want to demonstrate the effectiveness of the team overall and individually. It will help us determine who is underperforming and have them work with the individual s who are the top performers. In hopes that with some extra coaching the low performers will improve.
The goals for the graphs (a total of 4-5) are:
1. to show how each recruiter performs against the average (using linear regression).
2. To show if the low performers started performing better, at the average or slightly higher, how would that impact/improve the response rates
3. See if there are any trends in the overall (combined) data that can be determined in a graph
I'm open to how this can be demonstrated. I was thinking one chart with the average results of all the recruiters combined using linear regression and a second chart comparing all of them against the average. For the 3rd goal, I'm open to ideas on how to do this as well. A couple of the graphs should go beyond what could easily be represented in excel. The graphs will go into a ppt. My boss likes to see things that go beyond excel graphs e.g. boxplots, treemaps, packed bubbles - if it makes sense to use them and it adds to "telling the story" or representing the goal.
Let me know if you are up for the challenge and how much time you think it would take. I would like it completed by this Sunday at noon PST, if needed, the latest would be Monday at noon.
Thank you,
CC
