Stata analysis of primary data

I need help with some STATA analysis of my primary research data from care homes across the UK comparing it with previous research from the same homes. I've prepared all of the data in excel already, but I don't know how to use STATA and I need some quick help as this is required for my dissertation for my masters. First draft is due on the 8th of September so I'm hoping to have some good results to use in my discussion by the 2nd - not sure if this will be possible but would appreciate a quick turnaround.

It's only a small amount of data - 30 care homes were interviewed using a 12 part questionnaire, but obviously as I'm a STATA novice I'm looking for some help!
