Stata analysis

I need help with merging my data/doing propensity score matching in Stata. I need to match treated and nontreated, that should be in the same industry/country/sector. then, I think if there are still multiple matches possible, I must choose the best match based on other data. I need help asap.

we can discuss the budget when we discuss with how much you can help, it can be quite a bog project vs just helping me out with creating the first matches.
