Sales data analysis

Organisation and interpretation of Sales data on 9 products over a 4 wk period to understand basic points such as rate of sale by store, format, etc. Straightforward job, i just don't have the time/ excel skills to do this. Looking for someone to pull sales data into form i can easily get info out of, and do some basic analysis work also (but this is not as important if the data is in the right format). I would like this completed in the next few days (ideally Weds/ Thurs)
