Polar Chart Cross over for Sailing Sails in Excel

This should be an easy win for the Excel guru.

I'm looking for someone who can re-create the attached output, so I can upload my own racing boat's sail data and create something similar. I like simple, and this is an elegant representation of when to use a given sail in the racing boat's wardrobe.

The variables that the scale relates to are True Wind Speed (TWS) - which is not shown in the image provided, and the degree scale on the circumference relates to the True Wind Angle (TWA).

The example shown only shows 4 sails. My boat has 5.

Objective: provide the excel polar chart as the example format, with editable data that allows me to plot for 5 sails.

Those sail names are:
1. J2
2. J3
3. Code Zero
4. A2
5. A4
