Piwik Report Foot notes

Im looking for someone to make notes on a Piwik report so that the client knows what he is looking at. He needs to understand what a bounce rate is, actions per visit, how keywords work, whats important, what he should be looking at etc etc.

Nothing too fancy, just footnotes in layman's terms that I can use to add comments to the PDF and send back to client.

I've attached a report as a sample, I'll give you a correct report when the jobs accepted.
