Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
General information for the business: biosci partnership/startup
Industry: Healthcare
Analysis tool: SAS
Description of analysis: I am part of a small biosci partnership/startup without current full-time analytical support, and am having trouble with analysis of a subset of data that we are working with as part of a screening method development. We are using SAS, and will need a copy of the code used for reference.
In this dataset, we have 10 linked outcomes (fragments of a measured profile that are not really independent) for each individual test subject. Because of the multiple outcomes, we need a pairwise correlation done for the fragments and then an initial regression analysis for these profile fragments based on logdose, age at testing, and gender. We will then need a subsequent regression that includes interaction analysis for age at dose (ages split into first a 2-way, then a 3-way analysis). We would then ask for these analyses to be rerun using dose instead of logdose if you have sufficient time.
