'Key feature' extraction from product description text

We would like to extract 'key features' from circa 4,000 product descriptions. This would mean the use of some sort of script or ML text extraction software.

--An example product description--
A beautiful knitted sweater with a classic cable pattern made from soft knitted fabric. With a beautiful cable knit pattern High turtleneck ensures a good snug fit Also available in special sizes for dogs with wide chests such as pugs and bulldogs. Warm and cosy 100% polyester Care Instructions: The knitted sweater can be washed on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Please use mild detergent and no fabric softener. This sweater should be air-dried and not put in the dryer.
