I need some Tableau dashboards improving

I'm looking for someone who can look at some of our existing dashboards with a view to improving the current design/layout. We currently have it all setup using many of the in built visualisations with custom dynamic filters etc, but feel that the overall UI could be improved. We also may have need for some bespoke reports for our customers to be created in the near future.

To give you an overview of ourselves; we have created a social distancing solution using wearable technology that we use to monitor close contact interactions across large sites. Each worker carriers a hub that will alert them when they come into too close proximity of another worker and this is all captured in real time to our platform. We already have reports and dashboards set up within Tableau but are looking for someone to "polish" them as we are unsure if we are using Tableau to it’s full capability at the moment.
