Excel Specialist – Address Validation & Geolocation (Lat/Long)

We have an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of addresses (450). Each row includes a postal address (sometimes split across multiple fields). These are global locations.

We need all addresses to be validated and standardised, and for each location to be assigned geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude). The coordinates should be as accurate as possible at site or street level, not just town-level centroids.

The final output should be an Excel file with clean addresses and two additional columns:

Latitude

Longitude

Any addresses that cannot be confidently matched should be clearly flagged for review rather than guessed.
